what the computer actually does
It scores its own two cards, and nothing else
Before the flop it rates its hand on pairs, high cards, suits and how close the ranks are. After the flop it stops guessing and rates what it actually made. That score decides everything it does.
It bluffs about one time in five
When nobody has bet and its hand is weak, it fires half the pot roughly once in every five of those spots. A bot that only bets when it has something is the worst possible opponent to learn against, because calling everything beats it.
It ignores position completely
This is its biggest hole and we would rather tell you than let you find out at a real table. On the button and in the big blind it plays exactly the same, because position is nowhere in the code. Against a human that would cost it a lot.
It does not read you, and it does not see your cards
It has no memory of the previous hand and no model of how you play. Bluff it in the same spot forty times and it reacts the same way forty times. Its decisions use its own cards, the board, the pot and the bet in front of it. Nothing else, and your cards are not in the page until a showdown puts them there.

Is the computer cheating?
No, and you can check. The bot decides using its own two cards, the board, the pot and the current bet. Nothing in the code passes it your cards, and your cards are not written into the page until a showdown reveals them anyway.
Is beating a poker bot a sign that I am good?
Not on its own. This bot plays a fixed style and never adjusts, so beating it means you found the holes in one strategy, which is a real skill and a narrow one. Human opponents change what they do once you start winning, and that is the part a bot cannot teach you.
How is this different from poker training software?
