Equity realization
Equity realization is the share of a hand raw equity you actually collect once betting is taken into account, because you cannot always see all five cards for free.
Raw equity assumes the hand runs to the river. Real hands get bet at, and a hand that has to fold before the river never collects the pots it would have won, so its true value is lower than the percentage suggests.
Position is the largest single factor. The same hand realizes more of its equity on the button than in the blinds, which is why two hands with identical equity against a range can be a clear raise from one seat and a fold from another.

Six five suited has reasonable equity against a raising range before the flop, and on this board it has almost none of it left. Out of position you will fold most flops like this one, which is exactly the gap between raw equity and what you keep.
