Leak
A leak is a mistake you make repeatedly rather than once, which is what makes it expensive even when each instance costs very little.
The cost is the frequency, not the size. Calling one big blind too wide from the small blind loses almost nothing in a single hand and is one of the largest recurring losses in most player records, because it happens every orbit.
Leaks are found in the record rather than at the table. Grouping hands by seat, by action and by street shows which situations lose money on average, and that is a different list from the hands you remember losing.
