Barrel
To barrel is to keep betting on the next street after you already bet on the one before, so the aggression continues rather than restarting.
The word counts bets, not hands: a bet on the flop is one barrel, another on the turn makes it two, and a third on the river makes it three. Counting them is a habit worth having because most players stop after one.
Which cards are worth a second barrel is the whole skill. A turn that helps the hands you say you have, and hurts the hands that called you, is a card to keep betting on, and a card that helps their calling range is a card to slow down on.

You raised before the flop and bet the flop with two overcards. The five changes nothing for anyone. A second barrel here asks a seven to fold, and you still have six cards that make you the best hand.
